Giselle is hands-down the best realtor we have ever worked with. We tried 4 times to buy a home before meeting her, made at least 10 offers, and could never seem to get an offer accepted (even several that were over asking!). The other realtors we worked with never really seemed engaged, proactive, or like they genuinely wanted to help us.
Giselle, from the beginning, was very hands-on. When we first moved to the area from another state, she helped us secure a rental, identifying great potential properties and taking us on multiple FaceTime tours. She’d even point out flaws with properties we might not have noticed / known to look for to help us avoid renting something we’d regret. We ended up in a great place that we enjoyed for 2 years.
When we were ready to try buying again, she was our first phone call. She helped us:
(1) time our entry into the market to get ahead of other buyers
(2) introduced us to a fantastic mortgage consultant. They helped us run different financial scenarios so we had a clear picture of what we could afford and what all of the numbers would look like ahead of time (for free btw!)
(3) proactively identify properties that met all of our requirements (and actually LISTENED to what we wanted)
Within about a month, we made our first offer for a home we loved, and it was accepted both under asking and with a full inspection! She helped us negotiate all of the repairs we wanted and the ideal close date we wanted.
If it sounds unreal, it certainly felt that way. The entire process was about as close to perfect as it could be. Giselle rocks and we could not recommend her enough.
Giselle is literally the most knowledgeable and thorough realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
