It’s official! Giselle Bartolo is officially a licensed PA Real Estate Broker!Â
After over a year of coursework and passing a state and national exam, I officially earned my Broker License! While for me, it’s a new license number to learn (so long, #RS332108!), what does this mean for you? 3 years are required, although I’m rounding the corner on 7 full-time, and even more before that) additional, in-depth study (thanks, 240+ hours of class), and specialized designations as well (Senior Real Estate Specialist, NAR Green Designee, and more!). I can’t wait to continue to bring an even better level of service to you!
1. The Comfort of Years of Experience
3 years of experience as a Real Estate Salesperson are required for a broker’s license, although I’m rounding the corner on 7 full-time and have even more part-time before that!
2. Additional Knowledge
In order to earn your broker’s license, you have to study up! 240+ hours of classes are now under my belt – I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned and use it to help you achieve your real estate goals!
3. Specialized Designations
Over the last year, I’ve picked up additional certifications for specialized situations. Some are more broad (think: working with buyers, sellers, and negotiating), others are more niche, like the Senior Real Estate Specialist (think: clients 65+!) and the NAR Green Designee (if you đź’š the environment, let’s talk about how to incorporate the health of the planet into your transaction!)
I Can’t Wait to Work with You!
Let’s put these new skills in action! Reach out to learn more about what my new license means for you and using it to achieve your real estate goals!
